COVID-19 and Your Routine Cleaning

We have been keeping up-to-date with the recommendations provided by the CDC and Connecticut Department of Health. We have taken the following important measures to ensure the safety of our cleaning crews, as well as our customers and their spaces:

  • Promoting frequent and thorough hand washing or the use of alcohol-based hand rubs containing at least 60% alcohol.
  • Encouraging respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs and sneezes.
  • Requiring staff members that are sick or experiencing cold/flu symptoms to stay home.
  • Routinely cleaning and disinfecting of housekeeping surfaces and equipment.
  • Using Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved disinfectants that can eliminate viral pathogens.
During your cleaning service, please refer to the following guidelines:
  • If you plan to be home during your cleaning, please maintain a 6’ distance between yourself and our staff.
  • Please unlock your door 10 minutes prior to your scheduled cleaning. When our staff arrive, they will knock to make their presence known and let themselves in.
  • If you prefer our staff to wear a mask while in your home or business, please contact us ahead of time and we will note it in your account.
  • If you or someone in your home is not feeling well, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or has been asked to quarantine, please call us prior to your appointment so we can reschedule your service accordingly.

We value you and thank you for your continued support. Please contact us for any of your cleaning needs or questions.
